Volunteer Fire Recruits

The day turned wet and cold. On my way home I found Paddy wandering the streets as we had had thunder and lightning and she is afraid of thunder.
While at work one of our year 13 students walked in with what is commonly called The Brick. It is the box of study material for him to be a volunteer fire fighter. Another student had her books in her bag and offered them for the photo too. Although they aren't on active duty, they were attending school and studying their work books.
