Homemade Pasta

This afternoon I came home from work earlyish- when the temperature was 86 degrees and humid.  I was going to go straight to the pool. But when I got home the weather took a very quick turn- the wind came up, the skies got dark and it started to rain.  So..

I had bought pasta makers a while back and even made a fake batch to see how it might work.  I figured tonight would be as good a time as any to try it out- since T is teaching a late class.  I guess it was a success.  However, is there supposed to be pasta on the floor? (see extra)  The finished product is also an extra.
