A Cross Between ......

....a Palm Tree and a Cactus?
Am not at all certain what sort of tree/ plant ...this is!
It looks like... and is the height of... a Palm tree
But at the top of the trunk.... it looks like a group of cacti....
Most strange... but growing... and flourishing in Albir!
