Cosmos delight

A hot day today. I started by removing the weeds and sweeping up the leaves on the pavement outside of the driveway which is shared by 5 houses.
Then a friend came with a bridesmaid's dress for her daughter which needed altering. It was very well made but we eventually managed to unpick one of the shoulder straps so that it could be shortened.
Then I watched the afternoon tennis, a long ladies' match followed by two men's singles with Murray and Nadal.
I have a large circle of cosmos flowers, others will be blipped in due course.
