El Centro

The center of town, looking south from the hills to the north. Our beach, Playa La Ropa, is just past the rocky point on the left. The market, to which I ride my bicycle every other day, is on the left side of the main road, about half way up from the bottom of the frame. The ride would be quick if not for that rocky point, which I have to go over as there is no way around at water level, so it takes me about 15 minutes either way. It does help me stay in shape, but I rarely ride anytime after 10:00 as it is just too hot.
