The most amazing meal of my life. "Chef of the Century" by the Gault Millan. Meilleur Ouvrier de France- France's Best Craftsman. A total of 28 MICHELIN stars, most of any chef in the world. And I had opportunity to meet his team of chefs. Incredible.
The various dishes are: Beetroot. Artichoke. Eggplants. Their world famous mashed potatoes. Rice with cabbage and broccoli. Burgers with fois gras. Langoustine. Melon dessert with coconut ice-cream. Soufflé.
