Busy busy .....

....... this little Bee!
I stood watching this bee this morning, how industrious these little things are it was just brilliant seeing him almost disappear in the flower gathering the pollen.
It has been really hot again today, fan working over- time again.
I had my back massage this am , oh my what pain I had "J" found all the tender stubborn spots. I must say 2.30 hours later I'm feeling a tad of relief. I knew I was in pain and finding it very difficult to move but certainly didn't realise how bad it really was.
So the pool and massage has definitely helped.

Thankful ...... to have " J" s massage today.
