Bright Blue

I went back to the same spot I saw the longhorn beetle a couple of days ago, hoping to see it again. I didn't, but I got a nice shot of this Common Blue Damselfly sitting on the Meadowsweet instead.

A trip back to the Rheumatology Clinic with dad this afternoon. More tests and another steroid boosters to keep him going. Hopefully we'll get started on some more long term drugs which will help his mobility and pain management.

As a treat we went for a short drive to a local county pub near Tittesworth Reservoir, called the Lazy Trout and had something to eat.
