Left - overs
For those not familiar with a cricket scorecard, this is an example of one from a recent match between England and Australia - which England won...again!
Five in a row in Twenty20 competitions...:-)))
The columns under "Bowlers" show the bowling analysis for each of England's bowlers during the Australian batting innings.
Of the two columns highlighted, the one headed "O" shows the numbers of Overs bowled.
Thus - left - overs.
(For the unitiated M=Maidens - ie overs where no runs were scored, R= Runs scored off all overs bowled, and W= Wickets taken in all overs bowled by each bowler.
Simples, no?
