Fowey to Polruan and Back Again

Today was a fab day out hiking and taking ferries from Fowey to Polruan and back again. It was hot again but there was a nice breeze and we went through some woods at one point.
We started off taking a small car ferry (see first extra) across the water to Bodinnick where we had a short stop at the Ferry Inn for a cool drink discovering that it has been a pub for over 400 years!!

We left the road and took footpath that gave us beautiful views above the harbour (see second extra). As the day wore on we walked on  a coastal path with views of the turquoise sea sparkling in the sunlight (third extra).

We finally arrived at Polruan around 3pm and took another smaller ferry (final extra)  across the water back to Fowey where me and TheAphid had Cornish ice-creams on the harbour.
