On the Eastern Front

The public pavement butts up against our lawn at the front. Dog pooing paradise. We're not allowed to put up a fence - has to be open plan. E tried a sign - ignored. This is his latest ploy - selective circular mowing. Just want folk to respect our garden really :-(
