Common darter

It has been a beautiful warm sunny day.  In my extras I have included my morning BBC Weather Watchers pictures showing the lovely early morning sunshine.

In the last few days the common darter dragonflies have been about and today were landing briefly.  The male is the red one and the female the fawn one.
