The bucks stop here!

I lost count of the number of deer I saw in the park this afternoon . Most were does, of course, but several bucks were hanging out together...believe it or not. I was keeping a respectful distance when I blipped them, but I was trying to get a clear photo of the really large one you see in the picture. It wasn't until I got home and looked at the pictures on my computer that I realized that one of the smaller bucks was peering at me from behind and under the "granddaddy buck." So that's the one I had to share with you today.

COLD! That's what it was in the park this afternoon. The actual temperature was around 22 degrees F. but with the wind figured in, the "feels like" temperature was in the mid-teens. Hardly anyone was crazy enough to be out walking...just me and one or two others at the most. I enjoyed it though, and I'm glad I went.
