Leaking Drain

This pipe is under the floor of the kitchen in the building where I work. The side away from the camera has a big split in it and the failure of this pipe was discovered when the celing of the room below caved in. We removed tho old cast iron and replaced it with plastic. It should last at least until I retire....after that, it's someone else's problem. We have been assured by management that the sprayed-on insulation that covers everything in this picture contains no asbestos. What a relief!
