Lambton Estate

I went out on my bike at lunchtime for circuit workout today. It was the first time I've been out for over two months. It was hard work and I certainly felt the burn and found it difficult cycling into the wind. Of course it had nothing to do with all the chocolate and wine I've consumed in large quantities. I'm holding the atrocious weather we've had this summer responsible for not being able to get out. Anyway that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it ;-)
