Scarborough

We had the day in Scarborough today.

First, the Alpamare. This is a new attraction with indoor and outdoor pools, kids splash area with small slides and fountains to run about in, wave pool, and flumes. It is pretty expensive at £18 each, but they had a deal on for little ones which was £18 total for two hours in the morning. It was overcast but warm, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and two hours was about right for us.

We then had an outstanding lunch at Eat Me Cafe.

In the afternoon, we had a run about at Scarborough Castle and a go on a playpark nearby. Then we had an ice cream on the beach before heading back to Whitby.
