Common grasshopper

The Common is alive with grasshoppers. They are quite easy to pinpoint - just wave your hand over the grass and watch where they jump to. They will try to hide behind the stalk though if they think you're looking at them.
Using a macro lens is like having a window into another world. You can just sit down and watch all the nature without moving around much at all. Ideal for lazy people: The more you sit the more you see.
