Extended holiday!

We had a text this morning to say that the ferry home was delayed an hour due to technical problems so we went as far as St Servan and took a walk. Back to the harbour and soon we were on the ferry. A few minutes out of St Malo and another engine stopped! We limped back to the port and all disembarked. The next message was that the engine could not be fixed so it was cancelled. Condor Ferries have been very helpful and have put all passenger up in hotels for the night. They are working overnight to fix it and we have to be at the ferry for 7am in the morning in the hope that it sails. If it doesn't the next ferry is Friday! Can't do anything about it so have to get on with it. Went into St Malo and had just a Galette at this creperie. It was very good. Will we get home tomorrow?
