Keigley and Worth Valley Railway circa 1979

The SRPS (see Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway) operate mainline railtours. Back then an annual trip was to the KWVR. In those days, BR would not allow their own coaches to operate onto a preserved railway. The answer was for the SRPS to operate all of their vintage stock on this tour. The coaches then usually ran in service on the KWVR. This is the train arriving at Oxenhope.
