Index Card a day! 
I showed you the beginnings of this card here - I created the background from leftover paint that you can see at the top of that blip. I took the already made background & chose a photo of our dog Asia who passed away in March . . . I wanted to do something with this sweet photo I took of her some time ago. Added just a few papers, collaged and was done!
