What's wrong with my camera??

Today I went to see Granddaughter1( by age of course) in the Ivy Arts ' High School Musical' in a leading role in which she excelled. Unfortunately we were banned from taking pictures for reason we are all aware in which the wish for the majority to record a precious moment in time is subservient to the the perversion of an minority. After the event and in the foyer I turned on my iPhone and was horrified to see a ginormous red blob on my viewfinder. I tried to remove it to no avail and then realised that the offending smudge was in fact a real red round table immediately in front of me and surrounded by the feet of family members and relations! This is true story. Honest!
