By the Thames (Westenders)

Father and daughter here, as we took a stroll down a rather lovely river walk in Chiswick to Kew Bridge, (lots of flood defences) and very friendly natives. It really was lovely, lots of places to sit by the river. We have left R in her new house with her new house mates (who all seem to be out), to start her new job tomorrow, and returned 270 miles north. A bit emotional (for me), but I am sure she will make the most of her opportunities once she's settled in. For me.. work tomorrow
