Day 41 - Day of Rest

So one would hope. Angie even managed a dip in the pool at 15.1°C yesterday and the sun is shining all day today.

However woke to find a blocked drain. So out with all the high pressure hose equipment, moving washing machine, stripping down kitchen and pantry sink drain pipes, lifting manhole covers etc etc. As always lots of lovely huge bits of limescale covered in greasy matter.

Spent all day on it. Naturally it's one of those jobs that should be done regularly but never is. Didn't have the energy by evening to even check the pool temperature. Given I'm a "not until it's +30°C" type, I knew it wouldn't be that far.
