Ironman 70.3

We wandered up to Old Craighall to watch the Ironman competitors go past.  I'm in awe of people who take part in events such as this as I would struggle to complete even a single part of this! 
We had the cheek to head to Tescos for a fried breakfast after watching all these athletes!
(For info, an Ironman 70.3 comprises of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride and then a 13.1 mile run)
