Noonwalking *
We decided yesterday to forego our planned local walk in Pitlochry to head east and bag Mount Keen, the most easterly of the Munros. As is our want we were slow in getting started and left the house at 9.30 to arrive at the start for 11.30.
The hike itself was relatively straightforward - an 11 mile round trip with an ascent of 780 m - resulting in my 30th Munro and Mr T's 29th. It was however somewhat windy on the top as the extra shows.
Celebrations were somewhat marred by Mt T taking a trip on his way down and injuring his left pinkie. However he managed the drive back and is now applying RI&E of RICE.
*as opposed to my Moonwalking or another Moonwalker's midnight hike.
