Up for the challenge

I walked Ruby down to the cafe through the fields. Watched the elite athletes come through with a few early starters for company. Dragged the dogs back up the hill. Walked back down to scoff scones and see the other guys grind through the village.

After that exertion I mostly watched the Tour on the telly and drank wine.
