Autograph.

So, I didn't get to massage Dame Kelly's legs, nobody did, but she did autograph GravyC's running number for this little man!

We were all up early, largely because Noo was in our bed again from 3am. I don't always notice him getting in, but GravyC was pretty sure it was 3ish this morning.

I was massaging before 9am and I packed my bed away at 2.30pm - as soon as the last lady got off it! I then had to crawl run home - just short of 12 miles.

GravyC ran the race, Noo did too supporting, ZQ cycled around Bedgebury, and we are all looking forward to an evening roast.
