Gardens, old cars and scarecrows.
We have had the loveliest afternoon at Catcott open gardens day. 17 open gardens - I think we saw 15 of them. A shuttle service of vintage cars was included to drive folk from one to another - Rolls Royce, Caddilac and Packards among others. And lots of scarecrows scattered about the village. Masses of fun.
Tiger Lily's other grandparents came down for the day which was lovely. We are shattered now.
The only downside was the zoom on my camera playing up and then me finding all the memory cards we had out with us as spares were full. So rather fewer than I anticipated but not to worry as I like this one well enough :-). A terrific event.
