This typical village named Keishamthong Kabui Khun drains it waters into the Nambul River. However it lies below the water-level of the said river  when the river's on full brim during rainy seasons. Thus, this sight has been a common sight since many decades during such times, and the water logging will continue at a stretch until the river water level subsides.
