Ground rules

A slight sense of normality was felt at work today and we are on the verge of securing a major new client, so light at the end of a very dark tunnel at last.

Diet started for real this time until a 10pm raid on the sweet jar:(

Ion - Had a big chat with the girls when I got home from work regarding behaviour. The look on their faces suggest that they know we are serious and they need to buck their ideas up and start being nice to each other and do as they are told. So far so good!
