Moon over the moor

SATURDAY

Yesterday I signed up for a virtual 10 mile race across New York with 19 Fitbit friends in competition. The treadmill got a good pounding and I managed to finish in fourth position against people who are less than half my age.

After a dull start  to the day the sun appeared and I managed to get some more painting done to the garage followed by a quick mow of the lawns.

Blipless and with drizzle,  low cloud and darkness falling I drove up onto the moor to try and find a photo but most of them were grey and grainy. The best shot was one of the moon which appeared through a gap in the clouds.
