Beginnings

A busy Saturday, but mostly just routine domestic stuff.

Part of it was gardening so one of the rose bushes got Blipped. I like that bold yellow. So do the bees.

Highlights?

Dinner - a strawberry salad with Romaine lettuce, a bit of avocado and some walnuts, with an oil free balsamic dressing. Healthy and delicious.

A night out too! Yes, me... Saturday night in the St Clair Tavern. It was for a charity fundraising pub quiz, and great to see the place full up.

The charity supports unpaid carers, who often can be socially isolated and trying to survive on very low incomes. One of the members of our team is cared for by her husband - as well as having had cancer twice in 5 years she has osteo arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Makes you think....

And here I am complaining about a sore back after a bit of gardening.
