Rushes, by the Allangrange road. Heard a Quail calling tonight, close to Allangrange.

Shelves screwed to supports; old music centre dusted down and brought back into use, after years of lying in a corner; two lots of washing done, so the linen basket's almost empty... and the ironing basket's full. Grass trimmed, Not much growth over the very dry weather, other than the dreaded Dandelions. Some weeding and lazing about in the glorious sunshine.
