The Bunting is Back!

Following the Great Get Together a couple of weeks ago, we now have a communal bag of bunting.  It was doing its stuff again today, leading folks up the back lane to Jeff and Molly's house where their garden was open for the day in aid of Manorlands Hospice.  Jeff was up and out at 6am to brush and strim the lane which has suffered somewhat recently from the building works at the cottage half way down.  The young man who has bought the cottage and is doing the work promises it will be restored to better than its former state when he's finished, which will be good, especially for cycling down.

We had lunch down at Jeff and Molly's and it was busy all day so hopefully they have made lots of money for the hospice.
