Sunrise

Up ridiculously early to support Beck on her Sunrise 5K (5.30am start, unfortunately not a lot of sun was in evidence) and then wander round town looking for a cafe that was open. Luckily the venerable institution that is the Victoria Baths (back of Sneinton Market) opens at 6.30 so I scheduled in an 'away' fixture for Friday morning's swim. Mind you, once I've taken my glasses off one swimming pool looks very like another to me...

By the time it got to seeing Katie off to her Prom I felt like I was well into another day. I'll not embarrass her with a photo - rest assured she looked beautiful...
