Common Whitetail Dragonfly

There must have been a recent hatch of these dragons because they've been dive bombing my yard for the past week.  I finally caught this male sitting still long enough for a shot.  Then he flew away (see extra).

We had lunch today with my brother and SiL.  She was discharged yesterday and is feeling very well.  She said it's the best she has felt in over a year!  It's amazing what the right treatment can do!  Thank you again for all the positive thoughts and prayers for her...they worked!!
