A grey afternoon (FF30)

For mid summer it really is quite dreary! 

I had a tour of the garden after dinner, with a flash and a monopod in an effort to get something sharp! In the end I decided on this one flower with it's well defined centre and a few raindrops.  Mono seems to match the weather,  colour in the extra.  

It looks better large on a black background.

I will hopefully cheer up tomorrow!
