Indian Summer?

Well it has been another dull day.
Thought the forecast was for a fine day, so decided to get on with the washing.
Filled the whirlybird, and five minutes later it started to mizzle, which turned to drizzle,so quickly picked it all in.

However it did stop after lunch, but decided not to risk it again.

Started on the garden. A lot of dead heading, and cutting back.
Filled all three big garden rubbish bags.
So that will a trip to the tip for Mr C tomorrow.
Quite a lot still to do.

This alstroemeria is at it's best at the moment.
Was just coming into bud when we left.
One of my favourite flowers.
It really does well in a large pot. ( see extra)
Called " Indian Summer". Would be nice if our normal Summer would return.
