Get fit!

We have a new toy in the Shorey household. It has been thoroughly tested by 2 of 3 children and seems to be holding up given I put it together!
So as I am unable to get out and join a cycling club, I'll open the window, put the fan on, close my eyes and pretend I'm in the countryside. Fitness here we come .... Maybe!
