Macro Magic

Even though the weather was fairly rubbish today I decided to head out for a walk anyway. I headed to my favourite local spot where I had a lovely chat with someone who recommended more lovely spots for me to visit. (North Cave is on the itinerary now) 
Just as I was about to head off from the first 'hide' I saw this damselfly sitting perfectly still on the viewing sill. It waited patiently while I got my macro lens on to take several shots (which you can see here ) Also managed shots of a chiffchaff and a bearded tit. The tits are very difficult to catch a glimpse of never mind get a shot of so reasonably chuffed.
