Bonnie Bovine

When I set out for Aberfoyle this morning with Togbe happily settled in the boot, it was raining hard and the temperature was 9C. It should have been a lovely run through the Stirlingshire countryside but it was misty and there was so much spray on the road .... yeuch!

When I spotted these lovely cows in a field beside the Blairdrummond  Smiddy Farm Shop I did a quick left turn into the car park and as the rain continued to fall I nipped over to the fence and took a quick photo. I did ask the ladies to smile but staring was the only facial expression on offer!
