Bad Weather Day

The skies have been crying all day, and the tears have fallen fairly heavily on us. Despite the sorrow of the sky gods we took ourselves to the garden at Crathes castle. The garden is quite colourful, though some areas were obviously not enjoying the weather. In other areas the plants were flourishing.

I was getting rain on the camera, and in lower of the two pictures I have had to remove a couple of rain drops.

There were quite a few cars in the car park, but we did not see much evidence of the associated people in the gardens. We saw one school party sheltering under a tree near the cafe.
