Switched on?

My alarm clock - making sure it is switched on at night is almost as important as making sure I am switched on in the morning!

Well after a wonderful morning at church yesterday the return to Perth was a bit of a pull. But at the same time it brought some welcome encouragement and refreshment :] A phone call with mum helped with the transition process, too! Never too old...

Today I felt a little sluggish...think my body is fighting off a bit of a cold! Tonight I thought I'd help it along in this process and so have been mooching around in warm, cosy clothes, eating shepherd's pie and accepting that getting ready for bed before 9pm is a perfectly acceptable concept... :D
