Breakfast at Café Thyme
Today was the last day I have to be with Victoria, before the family go on holiday. So as we often go to Bishop’s Stortford on Thursday we took Victoria with us. It is possible to hire a wheel chair, free, near the Jackson Square car park and this we did. This was useful as she is not allowed to put weight on her left leg for another nine weeks, making a total of twelve weeks altogether.
We started with breakfast in Café Thyme where today’s picture was taken of my husband and Victoria. Then we had a look in some shops before stopping for coffee in Waterstones Bookshop. We then looked around a little more and then went for a walk in the Castle Gardens. Victoria is able to propel herself along for much of the time, but depending on the camber of the pavement, occasionally has to be pushed. Then before coming home we went to Café Thyme for lunch.
On arrival at Victoria’s home we stayed until with her Mum came home; she had finished everything she had to do before her holiday so was home early.
