Treptower Park

Today we explored the park. It was a lovely sunny day and the Berliners were making the most of the weather - cycling, swimming and naked sunbathing - of you can't beat them...paddle in a embarrassed Brit way with your jeans rolled up :)

This blip is of the Soviet War Memorial. Berlin has striking reminders of the country's relatively recent history wherever you go in the city. This, to me, was one of the most striking. I've not seen anything else quite like it.
