CJ's kindy presentation

Today CJ came to kindy with LJ, so that he could receive his 'Kindy Completion' certificate.

It was lovely to watch him on the special chair, having happy birthday sung to him and receiving his certificate. He was so proud (and so was I).

After the presentation, CJ handed out a piece of birthday cake to all the kids!

While CJ was getting his certificate, LJ played quietly, setting up an afternoon tea with the toy babies. He gave each a plate and cup, and then filled each cup from the teapot. He even set one baby up in a high chair. His imagination play had developed so much in muddy these few weeks that he's been at kindy!

While he spent the afternoon at kindy, CJ and I went out for a dumpling lunch - it was so yummy.

We then went back to pick up LJ, and saw the amazing tower that he had built (by himself). However, all the Kindy play was too much and LJ fell alseep in the extremely short drive home, still holding his sandwich snack.
