Got out of the hospital today. Finally.

Spoke to the surgeon this morning. They took an hour of the surgery just to save one nerve that I'd ground into the existing metal plate!

Should get home today, which is good. Recovery is going to take a while. Four weeks or so for the bone to heal before I can then really go for it on physio.

Mel has sanctioned a turbo trainer if it means me cycling to work less and training indoors on bad weather days! :D

Comedy moment of the day was trying to spread butter and marmalade on a bread roll one-handed for breakfast.
