Who's that lady

Another day that will be better when it's over.
I a have no idea who this lady is, but it is a piece of NUART I recently found.

On the good news side; our daughter had decided to go to college to finish her hairdressing training that she started when she left school. The salon that she worked in was awful and didn't send her to college.
She is 42.
