Car Top Again

It has been a month over four years since we got the top of our car repainted because of a significant rust patch. While this year's rust is significantly smaller, it is much more of a problem. About three weeks ago, following one of our frequent rainstorms, the cupholders inside our car were full of water and drips were still coming from the interior light. Clearly this repaint job could not drag on like the last one. 

We took the car to a place recommended by our trusted mechanic, but he was too busy and asked us to come back in a week. That week was full of rainy days, so we kept our car under a tarp and didn't get in until a week later. He was again too busy and asked us to return the following Tuesday (today). Again, he put me off until next week. I had finally had enough and returned to original shop, where the owner said to bring it in tomorrow and he would have it done by Friday. Obvioulsy I should have gone there first but I eventually came to my senses.
