Natural high

Today has been a particularly stressful day. My bank account has been fraudulently accessed and I'm now broke until my claim goes through with the bank.

The last thing I wanted to do when I got home was go for a run. So I did.

Nothing makes you feel better than standing on the top of a cliff edge, having just run up a mammoth hill, looking out at this and just breathing. A natural high.

I have air in my lungs and feet in my shoes. Life's not so bad in the grand scheme of things.
